About Conference

Introduction

It is our great pleasure to welcome you all to the 3rd Padang International Conference on Education Management and Administration (The 3rd PICEMA), which will be held in Indonesia, Padang during October 18-19, 2024, hosted by Padang State University.   Over the past several years, the field of Educational Management has undergone a significant transformation. The advancements in digital technologies have led to new educational paradigms, and the need for efficient management and effective implementation of these technologies has never been more pressing. This conference provides an opportunity to explore these changes and share experiences and knowledge to improve educational management practices.   The 3rd PICEMA 2024 promises to be an exciting event with a range of informative and thought-provoking presentations, interactive forums, and engaging keynote speakers. This year’s conference will include six tracks, covering topics such as instructional design, learning analytics, educational software development, and educational management implementation. Through this conference, we hope to provide an opportunity for international collaboration, cross-disciplinary dialogue, and sharing of best practices that can help shape the future of educational management.   We are honored to host this conference in Indonesia, Padang, a vibrant and dynamic city. Scope

Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Both full research reports and work-in-progress reports are welcome. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
